The 25-year-old, who joined Arsenal from Manchester United last summer, has revealed her unusual pre-game ritual and also opened up about the best goal she has ever scored and who controls the music in the England dressing room.

WHAT ALESSIA RUSSO SAID
Speaking to , Russo was asked some personal questions including her favourite goal, her pre-match superstition and the dressing-room DJ in the England camp. She said, "My gameday superstition is I jump seven times before the whistle blows. Don't know why, don't know where it came from but somehow it stuck."
Regarding her best-ever goal, the striker added, "The best goal I've ever scored was against Northern Ireland in the Euros."
When asked who controls the music in the Lionesses' dressing room, Russo said, "The player who controls the music in the dressing room is Leah (Williamson). Although I do, do it on the bus but Leah takes control on the gameday. And she is been loving, we've all been loving Fairground by Simply Red. It's the team favourite at the moment. "
